İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi Afet Yönetimi Enstitüsü, BSB01415 NAT-RES (NATech Resilience Initiative in the Black Sea Region) projesi kapsamında; Natech (Doğal Afet Kaynaklı Teknolojik Kaza) tehlike değerlendirmesi, modelleme, CBS (Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri) haritalama ve AFAD-EKA (Entegre Kimyasal, Biyolojik, Radyolojik ve Nükleer Tehdit Değerlendirme) sistem geliştirme hizmetleri alınacaktır. Danışmanlar; Karadeniz Havzası’ndaki pilot bölgelerde kapsamlı Natech risk analizleri gerçekleştirecek, tehlike haritaları oluşturacak, karar destek süreçleri geliştirecek ve AFAD-EKA sistemine entegre çözümler sunacaktır. Söz konusu hizmetlerin temini için ihaleye çıkılmaktadır. Sözleşme, AB INTERREG NEXT BLACK SEA BASIN PROGRAMI finansal desteği ile gerçekleştirilecektir.

Integrated Natech Hazard Assessment, Modelling, GIS Mapping and AFAD-EKA System Enhancement Services

Istanbul Technical University, Disaster Management Institute (ITU DMI), within the framework of the BSB01415 NAT-RES (NATech Resilience Initiative in the Black Sea Region) project, intends to procure Natech (Natural Hazard Triggered Technological Accident) hazard assessment, modelling, GIS (Geographic Information Systems) mapping, and AFAD-EKA (Integrated CBRN Threat Assessment) system enhancement services. Consultants will conduct comprehensive Natech risk analyses in pilot regions across the Black Sea Basin, develop hazard maps, establish decision-support processes, and deliver integrated solutions for the AFAD-EKA system. This service procurement is hereby announced. The contract will be financed by the EU INTERREG NEXT BLACK SEA BASIN PROGRAMME.
