Contract Title: Project Implementation Consultancy and Event Organization Services

Istanbul Technical University is launching a tender within the scope of the BSB00353 LAP BLACK project to facilitate the effective implementation of the project, enhance operational alignment, and ensure sustainable impact. The services required include: the provision of strategic consultancy to guide project implementation and coordination; organization of an international conference to promote regional cooperation on climate adaptation strategies, along with the management of logistics for participants to ensure a seamless experience that allows them to focus; and the preparation of a comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding and Action Plan outlining the roles, responsibilities, and contributions of all project partners to ensure the continuity of climate adaptation efforts in the Black Sea Region. The project is being financed by the EU INTERREG NEXT BLACK SEA BASIN PROGRAMME.
